Honestly, I wonder how she improved her behavior towards her little sister so much in a few short years. She is certainly a hateful villain and she has brought all her misfortunes upon herself with her greedy and selfish nature, but I do feel sad about her losing her husband. Perhaps that was her one true chance to feel satisfied and content with life.
